Refund & Replacement Policy
We only offer refunds or replacements for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
You must notify us of the defect within 21 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, please provide clear photos and a description of the issue.
If approved, we will issue a replacement product. Refunds are not provided unless a replacement is not possible.
Replacements will be processed and shipped within 21 days of approval.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for change of mind, or general wear and tear.
